Refund Policy

This draft policy covers cancellations and refunds for Dog It Up bookings and eligible shop orders during the Mumbai pilot.

• Cancel with enough notice (shown at booking) for a full refund where the slot can be refilled.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in part or in full.
• Service quality issues should be reported promptly so we can rebook or refund fairly.
• Shop returns follow the product listing rules and unused/sealed-item conditions.
